  • A Laser Genesis treatment can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes, during which the patient feels a warming sensation and an immediate sensation of skin tightening. Most patients find the procedure therapeutic and relaxing.

  • Patients generally start seeing significant results after 3-6 treatments, spaced one month apart. When the results take effect, clients report visible, dramatic improvements to their skin. For optimal results 6-10 treatments typical.

  • When performed by a skilled professional, Laser Genesis is risk-free. A few patients report side effects, but when they do it’s usually a slight redness that disappears a few hours after the session.

    A cumulative improvement in skin appearance will build after each successive treatment.

  • Laser Genesis by Cutera is most often performed on the face, however, it can be used on any part of the body to heal damage and improve the quality of the skin.

  • There is no downtime after laser genesis. After any treatment in our clinic we suggest wearing sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.
